Placing an Order in Tile View

To place an order in Tile View in MOO:

  1. Select a category from the left hand panel, and a subcategory if required.

MOO displays the items in that category in the Catalog panel with Product Details and Shopping Cart panels displayed at the right of the screen. Each tile displays the item number, item description, the purchase price for the item and the recommended retail price.

  1. Hover your mouse over an item image in the Catalog panel to display an enlarged image of the item.
  2. When you have found the item you want to order, click on the item in the Catalog panel to display the item details including stock on hand in the Product Details panel.

 

Technical Tip

The stock details are only displayed if this feature is enabled.

  1. Enter the quantity of the item you want to order in the Quantity field in the Product Details panel.
  1. Press Enter or select the Add to Cart button to confirm the quantity.

MOO adds the item line to the Shopping Cart panel.

  1. Repeat these steps to purchase other items from the same category.

As you add items to your basket, MOO recalculates your Order Total which is displayed at the top of the screen.

  1. To purchase items from another category, select the category in the left hand panel and repeat these steps.
  2. If an item displays "POA" rather than a price, refer to "Price on Application Items" for more information.
  1. To search for a specific item by item number or description, refer to "Searching for Items".
  1. Optionally, you can:
  1. To remove an item from your order, select the item line in the Shopping Cart panel then select the Delete from Order button.

Micronet removes the line from your order and recalculates the order total.

  1. To review and complete your order, refer to "Checkout".

 

Technical Tip

MOO saves all your orders, whether or not you proceed to the checkout. If you leave the order screen, you can retrieve an order, including incomplete orders, by referring to "View Orders".
